Your standard, my word.
Everything I put in writing for you, in one place: the Name It Promise, my workmanship guarantee, my standing commitment, the optional damage coverage, and how pricing works.
Painting and wood refinishing, and finish carpentry for homeowners who care about the details. Hand prep, two full coats, and a spotless cleanup. Reach out and I'll get back to you fast.
The Name It Promise
The Name It Promise. Every person is different, so I don't expect every job to have the same priorities. Every job already gets my full standard of work. On top of that, my guarantee is built around the one thing that matters most to you.
- You name it. Before work starts, you tell me the one thing that would make this job a success for you.
- I write it down. It goes on your estimate, in writing.
- It becomes my standard. That's what I hold myself to, above everything else.
Guaranteed against defects. Full stop.
All my work is guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship. If something I've painted or refinished fails because of how it was done or what it was done with, I'll make it right. Normal wear is excluded.
Documented before. Documented after. Committed for life.
Every project starts with a condition report we both sign before any work begins, and ends with a documented handover once it's done. And I make a lifetime commitment to every surface I refinish.
Scratch, Chip, and Ding Damage Coverage
Your work is new, and you want it to stay that way. Accidents happen — that's what this is for. For one flat fee, you get six months of coverage against scratches, chips, and dings, so a small slip doesn't become something you look at every day.
The premium experience, included.
Every consultation includes all of this at no charge and with no obligation.
Typical prices: a standard bedroom (walls, two coats) $350–$600 · whole-home interiors from $2,500 · decks up to ~300 sq ft from $[NOAH CONFIRM: deck price]. All-in, before GST. [NOAH CONFIRM: placeholder prices, Sales and Estimating to refine]
Hold me to it.
